Live music stands for ultimate freedom. Who thinks of deadlines when people pour out their souls on stage? Live music heals us. It is both our sin and our salvation. But during the pandemic, it is also the forbidden fruit.

Our lives and our live shows both revolve around touch. Skin on skin. Blurring body borders. Acts and contacts that are so inherently beautiful but that are now banned in the age of distance. So we have to wait. As long as it takes.

However that should not stop us from counting down together to the next live. We look forward to seeing each other again in AB. Because that day will come. And when it does, we will dance again.

Live music is an eruption of life. A feast for the senses. A way to transcend and merge into a crowd of friendly strangers until all that's left is a single unit. A sweat-soaked entity that not only sways to the music, but to thousands of heartbeats pulsing in unison. It might not be in the cards right now, but soon, we'll gather again. The next life will always bring the next live. And when that happens, we'll be ready.
